Comic relief

A few days ago I went to the circus with my mom's friend Akiko who lives in Paris and her adorable half-Japanese daughter Charlotte. It was a much needed break from the normal tourist routine. It also made me realize how immensely well-dressed Parisian children are. Every girl there had on a little skirt and knee high boots and was way trendier than I will ever be. As for the boys, there wasn't a pair of jeans or sneakers in sight. I was highly impressed. Oh, and the guy dressed like an orange frog who could bend his body in all kinds of crazy ways was pretty cool too.
